Mariela and Eathyn are my little baby brother and sister. Eathyn is my bio bro, but we are trying to adopt Mariela.

Mariela was born with a cleft lip and palette. That means that her lip was not fully formed, and was just a hole sort of. Her palette is the roof of her mouth, and it has a crack looking thing that go's all the way back. Mariela is on the right. She came to our house with 2 broken legs, a broken arm, a fractured skull, broken ribs, and a broken pelvis bone because her parents didn't think she was pretty. She has healed, but because her brain didn't fully develop, she is mentally retarded, we just don't know how much.

Eathyn was born 25 hours after Mariela in the same hospital, funny enough... He is always smiling and laughing, and he has just learned to flip over; he wakes himself up...

This morning, my mom made us all get up at 6 am this morning to go to school, and so we all got up, had scripture study, and got everybody bundled up and in the car. We got to me and Bek's school, and we found out it didn't start till tomorrow! So now I am just sitting here doing nothing, but at least I'm not at school!!!!!!! YA!!!!!!!!!!!!

Deer hunting...

So me and my brother and my dad went deer hunting at one of my dad's clients places, and we ended up shooting three deer- my dad shot a red doe, or a New Zealand Elk, and a White Tail doe. I ended up shooting an 8 point buck- my first deer ever! We ended up having to go buy another freezer to fit the 300+ pounds of meat we got. I don't know if we will ever eat all that... It's all ground up, so it's like "Taco Time"! I think I'll get sick of taco's for life if that's the only thing we use the meat on... Anyways, when we went out, it was like 20 degrees, which is really cold down here (we were up in the 80's a few days ago- gotta love Winter in TX), and we were all bundled up in camo. We got up at 5, went out, and at sunrise, I shot my Buck. I started shaking AFTER I shot it, while my dad and brother would shake before... I guess that's just because my brother was going to shoot it, but he couldn't find it in his scope, so I just took my gun, turned it, and after about a second, I shot it and blew half it's heart out- we found the half on the ground. WOO-HOO!

OK, so I was trying to get this blog template set up that I have now, and I ended up deleting my previous blog, so I have to start all over again... At least I only wrote like 3 things. So I am starting over again... :))
